Titanium is lighter, stronger and most importantly rust proof compared to stainless steel so you don't have to worry too much about cleaning and drying between dives. Velcro closure and mounting options onto your harness make this a must have for all diving adventures. Titanium is a highly resistant metal alloy that does not rust yet is stronger than traditional steel. Tradition steel dive knives tend to require continual maintenance of cleaning and coating in silicone to avoid rusting.
