Yamamoto 38 is well known in other watersports like Triathlon because of its warmth, strength and flexibility compared to oil based neoprene. The 7mm will keep you warm in colder waters without feeling cumbersome or restricting movement. Yamamoto #38This neoprene material is made from limestone with a closed cell foam which makes it light, flexible and most importantly warm. #38 has a honeycomb structure inside it trapping bubbles that provide thermal insulation, the structure reduces the density all over so you have freedom of movement.The outer lining is Super-elastic Extra Flex Nylon to match the neoprene's flexibility. Inside the suit is lined with Dry Fibre lining to trap water and keep you warm while drying quickly between dives. Dual Layer Cuffs on the wrists and ankles provide a semi-dry seal with added insulation that can be layered up with gloves. The internal seal is roll-back Smooth Skin similar to drysuit seals which is ultra-elastic for an easy fit and flexibility. HoodThe Seac Tekno 5mm Hood is an advanced hood designed to work with any wetsuit with a glideskin seal. This bibbed hood has a thermal plush internal liner and a smooth liner around the outside of the neck that will seal with your wetsuit to stop water flushing down your suit. Vented Top allows any trapped air to escape from the hood so it wont expand inside the hood. GlovesThe Seac Dry Seal 500 Gloves are a 5mm superstretch neoprene glove with an internal aquastop ring to keep water out and a thermal plush internal liner. Thermal Fiber Plush internal lining further improves the flexibility of the suit but also adds an efficient insulating layer that is quick drying and very smooth against the skin. Internal Aquastop Ring keeps your hands drier for longer to keep them warm and when water does seep in the seal holds it in place to keep your hands warm. Superelastic Superstretch Neoprene improves flexibility by 300% compared to other neoprene for comfort and maneuverability. Rubber Coated Palms are cut resistant and add extra grip to the palm to hold onto things. External seams are sealed for protection to stop them from unpicking or coming loose. BootThe Seac Pro HD 6mm Boots are a hard sole neoprene dive boot with a zippered heel for easy donning and doffing. Hard sole makes entry and exit over rough terrain comfortable and the integrated heel notch holds your fin strap in place.
