The Venom Package combines high quality scuba diving mask and snorkel with a full foot version of efficient split fins.The Venom Package is a great set for any warm water diver or avid snorkeler.Venom MaskThe Atomic Venom Mask is a cross between the Subframe and Frameless masks, mixing the benefits of both masks into high specification mask.It has a internal frame molded into the silicone skirt for strength, a higher bridge and tear-drop shape which are characteristics of the Subframe mask with the low profile and single pane lens of the Frameless mask. The strap adjustment buckles are fixed directly to the silicone allowing for easy storage and increased flexibility and comfort.The biggest difference from the other masks in the Atomic range is that the lens glass has been pushed up another step on the clarity scale. Instead of the already superior Ultraclear glass used in the Subframe and Frameless masks, the Venom uses a German glass called Schott Superwite which allows even more light to penetrate into the mask.SV2 SnorkelThe Atomic SV2 is the brand new snorkel from Atomic, it features Scupper Valve. The Scupper Valve inside the SV snorkel series works in the same way as the Scupper Valve on a boat. An internal tube located inside the main snorkel body retains a small one way Scupper Flap Valve that allows water to flow past the mouthpiece and out the purge valve, without collecting at the bottom of the breathing passage. The diver simply exhales a small burst of air to clear any water trapped below the mouthpiece, keeping the internal tube airway dry. It's so simple and so effective.The Scupper Valve (SV) design is self-draining and delivers crisp, effortless clearing. Posi-lock flex retainer secures flex section and mouthpiece. Dual silicone mouthpiece prevents over-clenching of teeth that would restrict air flow. Rotational mouthpiece with ratchet indicators. The SV2 combines the Scupper Valve lower section with the sleek looking SV2 Semi-Dry top. The SV2 Semi-Dry top horizontal vents diffuse splashed water that would normally freely enter the snorkel top. The small gaps between the vanes of the vent restrict water speed and droplet size and permit most of the splashed water to exit the special vents without entering the breathing tube. Thus you get less water in your snorkel. The SV2 is the perfect answer for rough or choppy water conditions. Quick disconnect snorkel keeper includes 30 degree rotation. Sliding snorkel keeper range adjuster allows for accurate placement without constant re-adjusting each dive. Split FinsThe Atomic Aquatics Foot Fin are the full foot version of the incredibly popular open heel Atomic SplitFin and has all of the same features in a lighter format. Atomic use a number of design techniques to mimic 'Natures Wings' including the main reinforcement side bars which control storage and release of energy, semi rigid panels to control the flex and shape of the blade, flexible joints between the panels to allow rapid response to kicking movements and the split blade itself that cuts through the water to create lift and thrust which is what propels the diver forward much more efficiently than a standard blade.The significantly lighter design means these split fins are ideal for the travelling diver that needs a less cumbersome fin but doesn't want to compromise of performance.
